Adele Bradley
Graduate Student Intern
Welcome to My Place for Peace! My name is Adele, and I am here to walk next to you on your therapy and life journey, while helping you overcome obstacles in a judgment-free space. Here, you can come as you are, however you are feeling. I aim to provide opportunities to bring what is weighing on you, not have to handle it alone, build skills to carry it differently, let go of what is not helpful, and leave feeling like life is less heavy and with more capacity to experience joy. You are more than your struggles, and I hope to get to know you as a person, not just the problems you face. I believe the most important thing about counseling is the trust and therapeutic interactions between two humans, and so I bring my heart and compassion into the work while we work together to pathways to enhance your well-being.
