Dance/Movement Therapy is a holistic form of psychotherapy that utilizes body awareness, emotional expression, and mindful movement to help support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Dance/Movement therapy offers a way to explore, process, and express emotions beyond words.
Living with chronic pain or illness can feel very isolating. This group invites you to move, feel, and reconnect with your body. Through mindful movement, creative expression, and reflection, we will explore how the body, mind, and spirit can work together towards growth, healing, balance, and acceptance.
Thursdays 6-7:30pm
This group offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and connect with others navigating the ups and downs of adulthood. Rather than striving for perfection, we focus on being present—with ourselves and with one another. Together, we explore topics such as relationships, identity, anxiety, and the many transitions that shape who we are. Through open conversation and shared experiences, we build meaningful connections, honor each voice, and create room for growth in all its forms.
