We are pleased to offer a six-session Social Skills Group specifically designed for 4th and 5th grade students. This small-group experience provides a supportive and engaging environment where students can build confidence, enhance their communication abilities, and strengthen peer relationships. Over the course of 6 weeks, students will participate in interactive activities, games, and guided discussions centered around key social-emotional skills. Focus areas include making and maintaining friendships, effective communication through active listening and self-expression, managing emotions and resolving conflicts, and fostering empathy, teamwork, and cooperation. Led by experienced facilitators, this group offers a safe space for students to share experiences, develop meaningful connections, and grow together. Whether your child is shy, outgoing, or somewhere in between, they will gain practical tools to navigate social situations with confidence.

Dance/Movement Therapy is a holistic form of psychotherapy that utilizes body awareness, emotional expression, and mindful movement to help support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Dance/Movement therapy offers a way to explore, process, and express emotions beyond words.
Living with chronic pain or illness can feel very isolating. This group invites you to move, feel, and reconnect with your body. Through mindful movement, creative expression, and reflection, we will explore how the body, mind, and spirit can work together towards growth, healing, balance, and acceptance.
Wednesdays from 10am-11:30am
Starting on 2/4/26
Each 90-minute session blends Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills with a supportive, judgment-free space to share experiences, challenges, and victories. DBT is a practical, skills-based therapy that teaches people how to manage big emotions, stay calm under stress, and improve communication in everyday life. Together, we’ll explore practical tools for staying calm in difficult moments, communicating more effectively, setting healthy boundaries, and nurturing connection with your child or teen.
