chronic pain & illness group
FRIDAYS AT 9AM
This group is designed for adults who are currently struggling with chronic pain and illness, offering a safe and empathetic space to connect with others who understand your unique journey. Through movement, expression, group discussions, and guided exercises, we aim to integrate both body and mind, helping you increase body awareness, manage pain, and build resilience.
We will provide practical tools for improving emotional well-being, exploring coping strategies for the daily challenges of chronic conditions, and fostering a sense of hope and empowerment. Together, we’ll create a supportive environment where you can discover new ways to live more fully, even in the face of chronic pain. This group has the potential to transform how you approach your health, empowering you to reclaim a sense of control and find meaning beyond the illness.
Partner Loss support group
FRIDAYS AT 10AM
Navigating life after the loss of a partner can feel overwhelming and isolating. Our Partner Loss Support Group offers a compassionate space to share your experiences, connect with others who understand, and find support on your healing journey. Through guided discussions and mutual support, we explore the complexities of grief and offer tools for coping and self-care.
This group is open to adults who have experienced the loss of a spouse, partner, or significant other. Whether your loss was recent or occurred years ago, you are welcome to join us in a supportive and understanding environment. Together, we honor our loved ones while finding pathways toward healing and resilience.
4th & 5th Social Skills
Week One: 8/4 & 8/7 @11am
Week Two: 8/11 & 8/14 @11am
We are pleased to offer a four-session Social Skills Group specifically designed for incoming 4th and 5th grade students. This small-group experience provides a supportive and engaging environment where students can build confidence, enhance their communication abilities, and strengthen peer relationships. Over the course of two weeks, with sessions held twice per week, students will participate in interactive activities, games, and guided discussions centered around key social-emotional skills. Focus areas include making and maintaining friendships, effective communication through active listening and self-expression, managing emotions and resolving conflicts, and fostering empathy, teamwork, and cooperation. Led by experienced facilitators, this group offers a safe space for students to share experiences, develop meaningful connections, and grow together. Whether your child is shy, outgoing, or somewhere in between, they will gain practical tools to navigate social situations with confidence.
middle school social skills
Week One: 8/6 & 8/8 @12pm
Week Two: 8/13 & 8/15 @12pm
Join us for a fun and supportive Social Skills Group designed specifically for incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. This two-week program meets twice a week, for a total of four sessions, and is focused on helping students build confidence and strengthen their social connections. Each session will feature interactive activities, group discussions, and role-playing exercises to help participants practice and apply essential social skills. Topics covered throughout the program will include starting and maintaining conversations, reading social cues and body language, managing emotions and resolving conflicts, building and maintaining friendships, and developing assertive communication and active listening skills. Led by experienced facilitators in a positive, inclusive environment, this group offers a great opportunity for kids to connect with peers, gain practical tools for navigating social situations, and have fun along the way!
High school social skills

Open to incoming freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors, this group is designed to help students navigate the social challenges that often come with high school. Whether you're starting out or already in the middle of your high school journey, this group offers support for anyone looking to build confidence, make new friends, improve communication, or feel more at ease in social situations. Together, we’ll explore topics such as starting and maintaining conversations, reading social cues and body language, managing anxiety in social settings, resolving conflicts, building healthy friendships and boundaries, handling peer pressure, and practicing active listening and empathy. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and real-life scenarios, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and practice valuable social skills in a supportive and relaxed environment.
